Octan Pearl BLUEplex Lightening Powder 500 g is a product by Octan Pearl in the hair color category. Unique BLUEplex lightening powder from the Octan Pearl and keratin range. This distinctive dust-free powder with blue pigments and protective hair ingredients is enriched with Polyamino Sugar Condensate, providing the PLEX effect. It penetrates the hair fiber during lightening, cares for it and leaves it soft and flexible. Suitable for every hair lightening method and technique at a ratio of 1:2. Lightens by 10 levels. Enriched with a special blue pigment that removes orange and yellow pigments and leaves the blonde color light and healthy. In one action, Octan BLUEplex lightens hair to a clean blonde while also protecting and caring for the hair.
