Shipping

Shipping includes the cost of order processing on the website, item selection, packaging, transportation, and handling. While we do not guarantee delivery times, we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates.

Shipments are made on business days only. Shipping and delivery costs may vary and are determined during checkout.

Estimated delivery times apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders placed late on Friday or during Saturday will be processed on Sunday.

International Shipping

We work with the following carriers:

  • Ecopost (up to 2 kg to selected countries)

  • FedEx Economy (available to all countries, no weight limit)

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.


What Should I Do if an Item Is Missing from My Order?

We apologize if an item is missing from your order. Before contacting customer service, please check the following:

  • Some items may have been shipped in separate packages. Please check your email to see if you received another shipping notification.

  • You can also check whether the order was split into multiple shipments in the "My Orders" section.

If it turns out to be our mistake, we will correct it immediately and send the missing item to you without delay.
