Ordering from our store is easy and simple. There is no need to register to search and add products to your shopping cart.

However, registration is required at the checkout stage, when selecting the payment method and shipping method.

Please note: We only accept orders through the website , not by phone or email.

In most cases, the cause of this problem is an error in typing the email address or password during the registration process.

For example, you may have accidentally clicked the sign up button twice or entered incorrect information.

To resolve this, simply sign up again.

To check the status of your order on the Yofeely website, log in to your account and go to the “My Account” category. There you can see your order history and the current status of each order – whether it has been shipped or is still in progress.

In addition, we send emails with updates:
Order confirmation email when making a purchase.
A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number once the order is shipped.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check that the address you entered is correct and also check your spam folder. If necessary, you can contact customer service at sales@yofeelycosmetics.com and include your full name, date and time of order – so that we can assist you quickly.

During the registration process on the website, you can choose to receive exclusive offers and promotions from us.

If you have already registered but are not receiving our emails, you can log in to your personal account and update your email preferences to start receiving them.

If you want to cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” category and select the order you want to cancel.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be possible to return it in accordance with the returns policy .
