Refund policy
Return Policy – 30 Days
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period – European Union
In addition to the above, if the order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
