The action of the preparation

The process of skin darkening is a complex chain reaction. Melanin is formed within melanosomes in bodies called melanocytes (2 types of melanin). They are then released from the melanocytes and reach the skin cells. Finally, they are "injected" into the skin cells and grow, causing the skin to turn a light brown.
