Purple shampoo is designed to correct the color tone in blonde, highlighted or gray hair. By introducing purple pigments, it neutralizes the coppery/yellowish tone that causes the loss of color vitality and that develops over time on the hair. The gentle formula in this shampoo gently cleanses the hair, without drying it out and is based on ArganID technology that restores the hair from the inside out. Safe to use on color-treated hair. Sulfate, phosphate and paraben free.

After shampooing with your regular shampoo, apply purple shampoo to wet hair and scalp. Leave for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Continue with Moroccanoil Purple Conditioner for 1-2 minutes and rinse.

Shampoo should only be used when necessary to neutralize the copper/yellowish tone in the hair and not on a regular basis. Frequent or prolonged use can leave a temporary, yellow pigment on the hair.
