Terms for Transaction Cancellation

Before you cancel a transaction, we invite you to contact us.
If you still decide to cancel, fill in your details in the form below and we will contact you shortly.
a. Transaction cancellation must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
b. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower, for canceling the transaction.
c. The product will be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
d. The company will provide the consumer with a copy of the credit notice that the business submitted to the credit company.
