Picasso Rubber Base

Picasso Gel Polish is a liquid gel that comes in a 20ml bottle. The gel liquid is painted onto the nail in the same way as regular nail polish, but it is easier because it straightens itself and you won't leave brush strokes.

Each layer of polish is cured under an LED lamp for 30 to 60 seconds or a UV lamp for two to three minutes.

This curing process sets the gel to a solid state. The polish doesn't dry until it goes under the lamp, making it much easier to fix any slips. Once cured, the gel polish is completely hard, but a tacky layer will remain, ready to adhere to the next layer. Additional coats can be applied after each layer has cured.
